InGenius Shows InGenius Connector Enterprise for Salesforce.com

To enable companies to work within the Salesforce environment and see the benefits of different integrated telephony features, InGenius Software, a source of numerous high-tech services based in North America, has introduced InGenius Connector Enterprise for Salesforce, a new Enterprise CTI (News - Alert) solution.
The company made this announcement at Dreamforce, a cloud computing industry event from September 18- 21, 2012.
InGenius Connector Enterprise, a server-based product, works within the Salesforce interface and enables users to connect their phone system with Salesforce to provide highly sophisticated call control and sales agent functionality. It is the first click-to-dial software solution for Salesforce.com (News - Alert) built using the new Salesforce.com Open CTI interface.
Built on cutting-edge technology, this CTI solution is equipped with several features, including an incoming call screen pop, click-to-dial, and automatic call logging – all from within the Salesforce.com user interface.
“InGenius Connector Enterprise makes it very easy for an organization to add click-to-dial and logging functionality for all its Salesforce.com users,” said Rich Loen, InGenius Software’s CTO. “The server-based installation is very quick and eliminates the time and effort associated with visiting every desktop during deployment. This makes enterprise wide roll-out for different platforms very efficient.”
In addition, InGenius Connector Enterprise offers automatic field population and configurable templates for fast, accurate logging of all calls against Salesforce.com records.
With multi-platform support and multi-browser support, InGenius Connector for Salesforce can be deployed in-house at a customer site and connects directly with the customer’s resident telephony system. It has been released for Cisco’s (News - Alert) Call Manager and can work well with several telephony platforms, including Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) and Avaya (News - Alert).
